The included lid fits both pots. The set also includes a perforated insert. The pressure cookers are equipped with an automatic steam release. They are safe to use - also when opening the lid. There are measuring cups on the inner walls. There are 2 cooking programmes available (110°C/119°C). The handle from the lid can be detached and the whole thing is easy to clean. How to use: Almost anything can be cooked in a pressure cooker: meat, fish, vegetables, oatmeal, soups or stews. They are also suitable for preparing light meals for children. They can be used on induction cookers. Materials used: They were made from Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel and plastic. Good to know! Everything, except the handle and seal, is dishwasher safe.
